Keep Up or Give Up: Burnout and Mental Health in Business

When I founded my digital agency, less than 1.5% of digital marketing businesses were owned by women and the industry was split 80/20. One year into running my business, I was hit by a car and permanently damaged my spine, resulting in several surgeries while trying to run my company. This experience taught my valuable lessons. After several burnouts and times I could not get out of bed for weeks to work, I am now happier and healthier than I have ever been. After growing and selling my business throughout the whole process, I now bring my insights and formula for overcoming burnout directly to you.
