Business with Integrity (Everyday Ethics at Work)

Every day you make decisions. Those decisions reflect the type of person you are and what kind of business/department you operate. The goals of this session include examining the role of ethics at work, identifying standard rules of engagement you expect your employees to operate from, techniques to avoid ethical traps and a discussion of ethical dilemmas.

Difficult Conversations: An Alternative Approach

This session is designed to transform the experience of engaging in difficult conversations in various scenarios. Participants will examine the habitual ways of thinking they bring to conversations and learn how to develop new perspectives and approaches capable of shifting the way these exchanges unfold. The skill of “disengaged” listening, being proactive and seeking alternatives will be addressed.

DISC: A Personal Preference Profile Assessment

Participants in the course will gain a thorough understanding of the DiSC model of human behavior by participating in a series of interactive DiSC activities. They will gain an in-depth understanding of their own individual behavioral style and preferences and will learn to recognize the behavioral style of others. We will discuss each of the four DiSC styles in detail.
