Ann Macfarlane

Ann G. Macfarlane began her career as a diplomat, serving in Pakistan and on the Soviet desk of the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. She then became a Russian-to-English translator and was elected president of the American Translators Association. Feeling frustrated by the complexity of Robert’s Rules of Order, Ann took up the study of parliamentary procedure and created Jurassic Parliament in 2000. She provides fun, interactive training—using dinosaurs as props—that makes Robert’s Rules easy to learn and apply.

Ann trains hundreds of elected officials, clerks, and nonprofit leaders nationwide. With Andrew Estep, she is the author of Mastering Council Meetings: A guidebook for elected officials and local governments. Ann is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian and blogs regularly at www.jurassicparliament.com.

Tracey Wells

Tracey brings a 20+ year marketing career to support Ironistic clients in strategic marketing with a focus on digital strategies, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO and paid advertising. She currently works as a Senior Digital Strategist with all of Ironistic’s credit union clients.

During her career, Tracey has had the opportunity to work in both agency and corporate marketing, helping credit unions across the country reach marketing goals for 15 years. Her experience working with credit unions includes several rebranding efforts and she’s been a guest speaker at local and national credit union events, providing education on product and digital marketing.

Ashley started as a teller at Harborstone CU and worked her way up to marketing coordinator. After four years in the marketing department, she went to the agency side of the profession, where she helped several credit unions with their marketing efforts.
