Bio:

Casey and Meygan Caston are the co-founders of Marriage365—one of the largest online communities helping couples build a relationship that actually lasts. Their story isn’t a “we found love and it was easy” story. Only 3 years into marriage they were staring divorce in the face, but that crisis became a turning point.

Meygan leaned into a simple (and brutal) truth: “If you want a better marriage, it starts with a better you.” She focused on healing, boundaries, and daily habits—small shifts that created massive change. Together, the Castons got tired of approaches that felt slow, confusing, and expensive, and started building what they wished existed: clear, repeatable tools that help real people win at home.

That mission became Marriage365.

Today, Casey and Meygan have authored five books, lead global marriage retreats, have an thriving coaching business, and created the largest library of relationship education videos through their mobile app, which has helped 100,000+ couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and reignite their friendship.

Their message is simple:  You don’t rise to the level of your intentions—you fall to the level of your habits.
