Bio

Neil Beam is a three-time company founder and former HR leader at Amazon, where a team he led was featured in the Wall Street Journal and Fortune Magazine as the world's largest recruiter of MBAs. He is an Amazon "Think Big" finalist whose vision was encapsulated in the Amazon Sidewalk service. For a time, Neil was the program manager for Amazon A to Z - a mobile app used by millions of employees around the globe. While at AT&T, Neil led the Mobility Social Media Customer Care organization.

Today, schools, sports leagues, churches, and YMCAs use his service, The Appreciation Company (https://theappreciation.com), to transform their culture by creating deeper connections between employees and within the community.

Neil has consulted and advised iconic brands large and small, including Nike, Best Buy, Microsoft, Neiman Marcus, PetSmart, Dole Foods, and S.C. Johnson.

Neil is a father of four children with his wife Rebekah, a volunteer soccer coach, and lives in Kirkland, Washington - just outside of Seattle.
