Over the past 27 Years, Guillermo has been involved in leading, training, developing and encouraging as an influential thought leader. Guillermo holds an associates degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Youth and a Masters Degree in Theology with an emphasis in Specialized Ministries, Youth and Community Development. He also holds multiple certifications in Professional Coaching, Entrepreneurship, and Neuro- Linguistic Practitioner to name a few Guillermo has founded multiple organizations with the focus of serving and developing healthy communities and meeting social needs. He and his wife won a Community Service Award for serving the minority community of Columbus, GA in 2008.

Guillermo served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army for a total of 13 years. Included in his Military Career are 2 tours to the Iraqi theater of war and multiple humanitarian missions. Guillermo received an honorable discharge as the rank of Staff Sergeant and received numerous accolades for his service and leading soldiers through combat action on foreign soil.

Guillermo’s greatest commitment has been to his wife of 22 years of marriage and 4 children who together are creating a culture of the FAMILY WIN.
