Andrea Donsky, R.H.N. | Menopause Researcher, Author, and Keynote Speaker, is known as the “Menopause Educator and Researcher” to her 400,000+ followers. Andrea Donsky is on a mission to change the conversation around perimenopause and menopause, and she’s backed by the research to do it.
A Registered Holistic Nutritionist with 26 years of experience in health and wellness, Andrea is a 7X published menopause researcher whose work has appeared in Menopause, the official journal of The Menopause Society. Her research uncovered the full spectrum of perimenopause and menopause symptoms, including groundbreaking work that was the first since the 1970s to document that women experience as many as 103 symptoms.
