First impressions are about far more than what you say, but mostly how you listen.
Emily Schubert (she/her) has a passion for professional development and helping individuals entering and moving up through the workforce. A large component of her coaching and training is embedded with improving networking skills and bridging gaps between groups of people. We are more alike than we are different, creating connections begins with finding them.
In addition to private coaching and public speaking, Emily works at one of the top manufacturing companies in its field. Specifically, with sales specialists to increase their knowledge of their products, hone their messaging, and develop relationships with potential and current customers.
As we approach the next generation entering the workplace we are faced with a unique situation: for the first time, five separate generations are working alongside one another. How do we navigate this? Is this good or bad? The main question, how do we use this to the advantage of all?
