What a Waste! Eliminating Waste and Achieving Optimal Efficiency with Automation and Process Improvement
In today’s demanding business environment executives, managers and employees are expected to achieve more, faster and more accurately – a demanding yet achievable goal. Work/life balance doesn’t have to be sacrificed to meet the demands. In fact, not improving work/life balance while achieving more leads to poor outcomes including employee stress, loss of valuable employees as they pursue work cultures with better balance and difficulty attracting the best employees.
What is management to do? To stay competitive more must be achieved. But how is this accomplished? Improving processes is the answer whether utilizing automation or not. Processes can be completed more efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or employees.
Laura Hendrix clarifies how to accomplish this goal in a clear cut, systematic, effective manner. Attendees can expect to:

Whether teams are separated by small or large distances, it is not only possible but also not astronomically expense to have close, well-functioning teams despite geographic and/or cultural differences.
